Organic Rustproofing for Cars & Trucks
Application: This organic linseed oil paint was
applied with a good quality sprayer. The key is to use a sprayer
were you can control the amount of paint. Very small amount
of paint is needed. This truck required 2 pints of paint.
Applying small amounts of the organic linseed oil paint
is critical. The sprayer used was the “airverter”
spray system.
Why does it work so well? Organic purified linseed oil has
great ability to block oxygen from the surface of the steel.
This prevents the oxidation ( rust )processing. It is also
very economical. Even a commercial operation can use this
without any permits or EPA restrictions. You are only using
what’s in nature. Organic linseed oil is a renewable
resource made from flax seed.
Organic linseed oil was commonly used in the 1920’s
as undercoat for cars to prevent rust.

These photos are an example of a 2004 Ford F150 with
brick red organic linseed
oil paint on the under body.
The organic linseed oil paint only needs to be maintained
over the years by applying another coat of the purified organic
boiled linseed oil. Any color of the organic linseed oil can
be used for this application. You car will never rust. No
chemicals used any in the process. Rusty areas can be painted
too.
Regular petroleum undercoating is an environmental concern.
Linseed oil paint will eliminate the environmental concern
completely. Go Green and use undercoating made of Organic
linseed oil paint and purified
organic linseed oil!

Prevent Breaks from Rusting
Using our linseed oil soap on brake rotors, calipers and other
rust prone components can prevent rust build up. This is specially
useful if your vehicle is rarely used. It is effective on electric
car breaks as they are used very little.
Linseed oil soap is a completely natural product that will leave
a thin film of organic linseed oil
on the metal. In salty conditions, clean the surface with the linseed
oil soap and rinse. After the the metal is completely dry, mix 20%
linseed oil soap with water. Mix well and spray onto all components.
When the water is evaporated you will see less rust build up. Make
sure to test the breaks before a trip. The very small amount of
linseed oil will normally not affect breaking capacity. If concern,
rinse the break components with hot water before driving.
Safe to work with and safe for the environment. No petrochemical
ingredients. |
