Ottosson's Matte Interior Primer and Matte Interior Linseed Oil Paint offer a basic oil-based formulation with few ingredients that is easy to apply to large surfaces and faster to dry than the standard semi-gloss Ottosson Linseed Oil Paint options available.
The Ottosson matte options are available in a natural white color and can be custom tinted with the standard Ottosson Linseed Oil Paint colors at home based on personal preference.
Can be brushed or rolled onto new and old drywall, pH neutral plaster, and wood. 2-3 relatively thin, even coats are recommended. For a previously painted surface, no primer is required.
It has a very small percentage of VOC free naphtha, a petrochemical solvent that speeds dry time and acts as a thinner for faster, easier application.
